Mas Novis is not a "self cattering" place. Our Table d'Hôtes is part of our reception every other day (on saturday, monday, wednesday and friday) and for the Sunday Brunch in July and August.

Your reservation is effective after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount due. The reservation is valid for seven days after booking by post, email or phone. If your payment hasn’t reached us by then, the booking is cancelled.

With this payment, you accept all the following conditions.

The balance has to be paid 30 days before arrival. The full amount has to be paid if you book less than 30 days before your stay. If the balance of payment has not been paid on time, the booking is cancelled and the deposit will remain ours.

For all last minute booking, the full amount is due and has to be paid by PayPal on the day of your reservation.

In flat formula, apartments have to be cleaned by you during your stay and at your departure. In guest rooms, on the other hand, we take care of the housekeeping.

If for any reason you wish to be replaced by other visitors, we would like them to contact us first.

For appartments, it is necessary to pay a guarantee at your arrival by cheque or cash (Cedar: 300 €; Strawberry Tree: 350 €; Hackberry: 500 €). This deposit is giving back to you, at the latest, one week after your stay.

As tenants, you are responsible for any damage and it is compulsory to be covered by a holiday insurance.

We remind you that out of respect for everyone we have chosen to be a non-smoking house. However there is a cosy place outside near the mulberry trees for "addicts".

Cancellation Clause

If you cancel you stay less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount is due. If you are replaced by other guests, we will refund your payments, less 150 € to cover our expenses.

If you don’t show up within 24 hours of the arrival date, the present contract is null and void and no refund can be claimed.

If you have to shorten your stay, the price of the rent is unchanged.

Note that if you pay by PayPal (with your bank card - 4% charge -, please contact us), you probably have a cancellation insurance included (ask your bank).

If your stay has to be cancelled on our behalf, we will of course refund immediately the full amount of your payments and help you to find another lodging.
