On First Floor, the Hackberry Side has a spacious and well-lit living-room (42 sq yd), open on south and west sides.
Inside:

- 1st bedroom, 18 sq yd, for 2 persons, open on the south
- 2sd bedroom, 20 sq yd, for 2 persons, open on the East
- 3d bedroom, 12 sq yd, for 2 persons, open on the East
- and a mezzanine, 18 sq yd,
for 3 persons,
windows on East and West (the window on the East Side shows the most extraordinary view of the Estate!).

The large main staircase leads to the garden, with your private dinning-area.
Its equipment is made to facilitate your tasks during your stay (gaz cooker, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing-board, vacuum-cleaner...).
We took a great care over your comfort. All mattresses are natural latex made, the duvets are of good quality and sheets are manufactured with cotton from french Vosges
IMPORTANT!
The appartment is well-provided with environment-friendly cleaning products and toilet paper.
Sheets, Linen and bath towels are provided.
We welcome you as from 5:00 PM on the day of your arrival
preferably before 7:15 PM so that we can have our first drinks together!
