Our ecotourism is quite simply the reflection of our values and our way of life. At the beginning we decided not to go into great expenses to reach an ideal of ecology, but to make the necessary changes as time goes by, using ecological and local materials

Meeting you while sharing your meals, getting to know each other, being together, laughing.

Our cuisine is organic, vegetarian and seasonal. All our products are locally produced: for example, our rice doesn’t come from the other end of the planet, but from Camargue and the same for all our other ingredients, the only exception being coffee, tea, spices and chocolate which are organic and purchased in the fair trade.

Our vegetarianism means consuming nothing that can harm nature or human beings. There are enough proteins in the vegetal world !!!
